Hi! My name is Cassidy, and I’ve been riding since I was 4, racing since I was 7, and got my WMX professional license when I turned 16. I’m now 24 and have raced against the top women riders in the world. I’ve been training recreational riders as well as getting kids ready for local races, amateur nationals, and Loretta’s for about 5 years now and love every second of it. I’m all about teaching people for their first time on a bike or beginner riders transitioning from trails to tracks, as well as women and girls wanting to learn or improve their racing. Not only can I help you with form, technique, and style, but also the huge mental side of this sport. Getting to the root of confidence/fear issues is key in overcoming them, which means communication off the bike so we can come up with a technique that will help you the most. I have three training facilities available to work on different types of obstacles and track conditions. Weekdays from 11 am – 4 pm / Weekends from 10 am – 4 pm.

I started riding when I was 8 years old and was immediately hooked by the freedom it gave me to explore the trails near my home. I started racing dirt track at 14 years old, and progressed to Colorado State Level A and the AMA Pro level at 16 years old. I raced pro level Class C Flat Track for 5 years before going to college. Since that time (1976) I have continued to ride and race, winning several state championships in Flat Track, vintage motocross and Supermoto, and two national championships in Vintage Motocross. I have coached several students one-on-one, and prefer this more intimate method of training to large classes where an idividual can get "lost in the crowd." My main goal is to see the sport flourish and to help riders safely reach their best potential. If you want to reach your best potential, let's talk and see if we might be a good fit.

My name is Shaundell, enthusiast, owner, and rider coach of CMA. I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Boulder, where I fell in love with riding at age 8. I learned how to ride on dirt bikes, got my first street bike when I was 16, and have been riding ever since. I have 27 years trail/motocross experience, over 20 years on the street, and have owned over 30 different motorcycles of every style. I love trail riding, track days on the pavement and dirt, twisting through the canyons, and cruising to different cafes. I always customize my bikes and enjoy building and customizing bikes for my friends and family. My dream has always been to race motorcycles, and that dream came true in 2017 when I made my debut racing in the Colorado Super Moto Series. That, for me, is the best thing in life. Riding motorcycles, being an enthusiast, sharing those experiences with those I love, and meeting amazing people along the way. I am honored to be able to continue to coach and share this experience with others.

I've been riding motorcycles for about 45 years. Mostly dirt/trail riding. I recently started coaching for ABATE of Colorado. I've taught/coached all levels of alpine and telemark skiing for 25+ years. I got away from skiing but miss coaching. I don't miss the cold, so I thought this would be a fun choice. I also like to fix and ride vintage dirt bikes. My favorite motorcycle movies are "Penton-The John Penton Story", narrated by Lyle Lovett. The other is "On Any Sunday", produced by Bruce Brown. I've had some pictures published in Dirt Bike Magazine. Probably the best one is my Frankinbike. I took a 1983 Yamaha IT 490 2-stroke engine and put it in a 1994 Kawasaki KLX. If you go to my YouTube channel you can see it run there. That is the Gary Ross channel. There a lot of other Gary Ross', you will know my channel because it has a picture of a baby blue Yamaha IT 490 in the desert. There are a number of videos, anything under 5 minutes should keep your attention.

Carlie got his first bike at 15, and spent a year riding (sliding) a street bike around his parents' farm. When he got his license at 16, Carlie started primarily riding on the street, with occasional dirt rides, a pattern that continues to this day. Carlie taught, coached and raced alpine skiing for 30 years, and still skis frequently, and finds many parallels with motorcycling. He took his first track school with California Superbike School in the early '90's and have been working on applying those basic techniques since then, and vacuuming up any information about riding that I can find.
